At Keep-Fit Aerobics Centre each patron is given individual attention and her excercise regime is based on her fitness level. Our founder, in-spite of her busy schedule, does find time to offer personalized training and diet plans to our patrons depending on the individual body type and nourishment requirements. In addition to their goals for fitness, many of our patrons do come to us for weight-loss. Therefore, we also provide appropriate inputs for diet intake based on natural foods readily available at home. Because of our hoilstic approach to health & fitness, Yoga , Pranayam and Meditation is also integrated within our aerobics sessions. All our instructors are dedicated, well-trained and have a professional approach in supporting your fitness goals coupled with the necessary personal touch that is required for individual attention. Other activities at KeepFit Aerobics include Bollywood style dance, classical style dance like Kathak and Zumba (by certified and trained instructors).
Our studio is a spacious, airy, clean and safe place for women only, where they can work-out peacefully. Keep-Fit Aerobics provides a warm, fun-loving and supportive environment to the ladies where they can make new friends and share their challenges, experiences and celebrations. Many of our members have discovered, re-kindled and actively started pursued their interests in music, dance, singing, painting, education, culinary expertise, community service, geriatric-care and many more after having found their motivation at the KeepFit Aerobics Centre. We are proud that many of our patrons have been with us since the inception of Keep-Fit Aerobics more than 25 years ago.
