Yes. However, at KeepFit Aerobics Centre we primarily love to exercise for fitness. We do whatever is necessary to promote good health over a long period of time. Good eating habits based on moderation and variety are a complement to regular exercise. Weight loss and maintenance, automatically, follows as a byproduct.
